Celebrate Valentine’s Day at DOLLY with a four-course menu by Executive Chef Hervé Borghini, Bordeaux-born and Michelin-trained. The experience includes a glass of G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne. $155 per person.

MONTHLY WINE MASTERCLASS (SATURDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 2026)

Experience our popular Monthly Wine Masterclass. Hosted by a celebrated winemaker in Le Méridien Melbourne's lobby bar and lounge from 6-7PM, enjoy four wines with paired bites for $55pp before your dinner reservation at DOLLY.

TUESDAY DUCK & PINOT

Indulge in one of Melbourne’s best Tuesday dinner deals. Confit duck leg with smashed mustard potato, bitter radicchio salad and a rich duck jus; served with a glass of Pinot Noir — all for $49 (usually $65).

WEDNESDAY STEAK NIGHT

In search of the best steak restaurant in Melbourne CBD? Join us for our modern bistro take on the classic Steak Frites— a 250g MB2 grass-fed Porterhouse, served with double-cooked golden fries and house-whipped Café de Paris butter, all for just $32 (usually $44).

HAPPY HOUR (5PM TO 7PM)

Join us for Happy Hour and enjoy $10 wines, $10 beers and an ever-changing line-up of $16 cocktails. Plus, when you order a bottle of Champagne, you’ll receive a complimentary large bowl of golden frites on the house. Walk-ins welcome.
